If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) to us in its original unworn condition within 10 working days of receipt. The goods must be returned unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags in place. [if they are not, we may be unable to accept the goods, if in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you] while every effort will be made to ensure that your item arrives to you in perfect condition – (each item is thoroughly checked before packaging) creases or wrinkling which may arise in transit are not deemed a flaw.

Footwear will only be accepted if returned to us unworn and in its original unmarked and undamaged box.
No returns will be accepted on Hairbands & Jewellery for hygiene reasons.
Goods will not be accepted if they are in any other condition.

Where the policy above has been met and you are eligible for a refund we will refund your payment to the original card used at time of purchase within a maximum of 5 days of receiving your item. Your bank may take additional time to process the refund and we have no control over this, therefore we advise you to allow up to 7 days
to see the refund in your account.
Click and collect is a service that allows you to buy online and collect your purchase(s) in store. No delivery charges and no waiting for the delivery man and you get the chance to meet us too.
